Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Analytics to collaborate with analytics teams and stakeholders to turn high‑value problems into practical, trustworthy AI solutions. You will prototype, validate, deploy, and improve AI experiences in partnership with platform, governance, and data teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of related experience in software/analytics engineering, AI or ML engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production data, analytics, AI, or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong Python, SQL, APIs, testing, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and tool calling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analytics and business teams to understand decisions, workflows and analytical questions AI can address.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, designs, prototypes, and production-ready AI experiences.
• Independently deliver AI use cases from discovery through deployment and improvement.
• Use feedback and data to improve accuracy, relevance, and adoption of AI solutions.
• Integrate AI-generated insights into existing analytics tools and workflows.
