Job summary

You’ll collaborate with the Solution Architect and engineering team to reduce manual effort from ~30 hours to ~8 hours per assessment, applying spec-driven development and enterprise-grade AI practices. The role emphasizes real-world production experience with AI tools, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and integration into complex enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working on AI-based solutions as AI or Software Engineer.
• Strong command of Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven risk assessment system based on architecture and scope.
• Enhance prompt quality, AI workflows, and overall solution performance.
• Increase accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Roll out new AI capabilities in line with architecture and integrate into the platform.
• Collaborate with AI Architect and Lead Engineer and participate in testing and validation.
• Record implementation details and provide technical recommendations.
