Job summary

ChainGPT is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a remote, global team building AI-native software for Web3. You’ll ship production-grade features, lead architectural decisions, and own critical systems with strong governance and security focus.

You’ll collaborate directly with founders to shape strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment. You will work with Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor daily, applying rigorous engineering practices and balancing speed with reliability.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of production software experience.
• Ownership of systems used by real users, including reliability and scale.
• AI is central to how you work; daily use of AI coding tools.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, debugging, and security.
• Startup/0→1 or early-stage product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features, systems, and infrastructure.
• Turn AI-assisted prototypes into reliable, production-grade software.
• Own architecture, security, quality, and technical direction across major product areas.
• Direct and evaluate AI agent workflows while maintaining human oversight.
• Collaborate with founders on product strategy, tradeoffs, and execution.
• Debug complex issues and raise engineering standards.
