Job summary

Moog seeks a Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Solutions & Digital Thread to design, build, and operate enterprise AI-enabled applications. You will lead AI architectures, including agentic systems, RAG workflows, and secure integrations across a complex enterprise data landscape.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of software development, 3+ years in AI/ML, and deep experience with Azure, Databricks, and agent frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, AI/ML or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML solution development.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and secure tool integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic software architectures with AI agents handling code generation, test automation, and documentation under human oversight.
• Build agent workflows with rules, auditability and deterministic logic across domains using MDM and data quality foundations.
• Develop advanced RAG architectures and maintain vector stores, embedding pipelines, and hybrid retrieval strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and data teams; coach junior developers.
