As an AI Engineer, you will research, build, and ship AI capabilities that integrate deeply with user workflows and elevate the platform’s intelligence. You’ll lead multi‑tenant AI infrastructure and work with product, data science, and engineering to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software or data engineering experience with 3+ years building AI/ML‑driven products.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and data pipelines; cloud infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply modern AI methods (agents, LLMs, RAG, embeddings) to power new product capabilities.
• Prioritize impact and speed over perfection when developing AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions that improve workflows and insights.
• Own architecture and integration of agentic chat capabilities across the Vendelux platform.
• Design systems to enable AI agents to reason, act, and surface insights across the product.
