Job summary

Sedgwick, a global leader in risk and claims administration, seeks an experienced AI engineer to architect and deliver enterprise-grade LLM-powered systems. You will define RAG strategies, multi-agent orchestration, and secure tool integrations across claims workflows.

You will lead memory-aware architectures, enable planning and tool execution, and drive measurable ROI while ensuring governance and compliance across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning systems, or distributed software architecture.
• 3–5+ years designing and deploying LLM-powered systems in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade LLM and agentic AI systems.
• Define technical strategy for retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous workflow automation.
• Design and implement agentic systems with planning, memory, tool execution, and recovery.
• Architect memory-aware AI systems for long-running claims processes across touchpoints.
