Job summary

Egen is hiring a senior GenAI architect to design and deploy end-to-end AI applications on Google Cloud, using Python, LangChain, and LlamaIndex. You will craft RAG pipelines, semantic search, and fine-tune embeddings for production-grade performance.

You will lead multi-step reasoning workflows, collaborate with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions, and apply MLOps to monitor and serve models reliably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML
• Proven track record of deploying GenAI products to a production environment
• Mastery of Python and shell scripting
• Extensive experience with Google Gemini, GPT-4, or LLaMA
• Deep knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Fine-tuning
• Expertise in Vector Databases and Semantic Search
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud (Vertex AI)
• Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration layers
• Knowledge of Data Engineering and SQL
