Job summary

Techsnics is seeking a seasoned software engineer to lead ML/LLM delivery in Production. You will design agent scoping, tooling and escalation logic, and work with clients on production rollout.

We value 5+ years of software engineering, 2+ shipped ML/LLM systems, strong Python and TypeScript, and hands-on experience with retrieval and evaluation methodologies. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity with enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years shipping ML or LLM systems.
• Strong Python and TypeScript skills.
• Experience with retrieval and evaluation methodologies.
