Job summary

Hirefel SL is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to design and ship custom agents, RAG pipelines, and eval harnesses in production environments. You will own the cost, latency, and quality triangle for each engagement and define evaluation plans from the outset.

You will also train client teams to operate what you build after handover. Candidates should have hands-on experience with frontier model APIs and OSS stacks, and a track record of shipping ML systems in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping ML/AI systems in production.
• Hands-on with frontier model APIs and OSS model stacks.
• Strong opinions about evaluation with a pragmatic approach.
