Job summary

iShare Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design production-grade AI solutions for anomaly detection and actionable marketing insights in business data.

You will build, deploy, and operate ML, LLM, and Agentic AI workflows in production environments, with hands-on engineering responsibilities. You will implement robust APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, expose AI services, convert prototypes to production-ready systems, and monitor model performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML
• 3+ years in GenAI/LLM solution development
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design production-grade AI solutions for anomaly detection and insights
• Build, deploy, and operate ML, LLM, and Agentic AI workflows in production
• Expose AI services via APIs and scalable architectures
• Convert prototypes to production-ready systems
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking in deployed AI systems
• Develop anomaly detection models for marketing campaigns and KPIs
• Design multi-agent (Agentic AI) workflows for data analysis and recommendations
• Apply ML techniques including forecasting and both supervised/unsupervised learning
• Utilize hands-on experience with LLMs and frameworks (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama; LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Develop using Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and CI/CD with Docker/Kubernetes

Job Summary (List Format): Senior AI Engineer Agentic AI, LLMs & Marketing Intelligence

• Design and develop production-grade AI solutions for anomaly detection and actionable business insights in marketing and business data.
• Build, deploy, and operate ML, LLM, and Agentic AI workflows and applications, focusing on production environments (70 75% hands-on engineering).
• Develop and expose AI services through APIs and scalable architectures.
• Convert prototypes and proof-of-concepts into reliable, production-ready systems.
• Implement monitoring, logging, model performance tracking, and robust error handling in deployed AI systems.
• Build anomaly detection models for marketing campaigns, customer data, and business KPIs, generating automated insights and recommendations.
• Design and implement multi-agent (Agentic AI) workflows for data analysis, root cause investigation, and recommendations.
• Construct reasoning-based AI systems using RAG, tool-calling, and agentic frameworks.
• Apply strong ML, forecasting, predictive analytics, and both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Utilize hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama) and frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Develop using strong Python skills, software engineering fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure (AWS required; Azure/GCP a plus).
• Employ best practices in APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD within AI engineering projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and demonstrate strong problem-solving and architectural skills.
• Preferred experience in marketing analytics, recommendation systems, conversational BI, and agentic AI platforms.
• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field, with 7+ years' experience (3+ years in GenAI/LLM solution development).
