Job summary

Finastra seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design, implement, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions powered by large language models. You will develop architecture patterns (RAG, text-to-sql, multi-agent) and build production-grade AI agents integrated into applications.

You will work with LangChain/LangGraph, vector stores, and cloud platforms like Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock, plus CI/CD, observability, and cost management to deliver reliable AI capabilities across our financial software.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for AI/ML development.
• Understanding of large language models, their capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent patterns (RAG, text-to-sql).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI architectures (RAG, text-to-sql, multi-agent).
• Build end-to-end production-grade AI agents integrated into applications.
• Implement prompt and context engineering to optimize LLM performance.
• Develop function calling and tool-use patterns for agentic workflows.
