Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager, FDE Engagements, to guide forward-deployed engineering engagements with customer teams. You will shape real-world agent outcomes, demonstrate value of the MongoDB platform in live environments, and capture insights to inform product direction.

You’ll drive program execution, coordinate with FDE, Product, Engineering, and account teams, and ensure clear ownership and decision-making across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in enterprise software or AI environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI application architectures and orchestration patterns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement lifecycle from onboarding to closeout with clear ownership.
• Coordinate with FDE, product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to manage risks and dependencies.
• Define success criteria and drive delivery against commitments.
• Provide status updates and feedback to product teams.
• Ensure access, deployment planning, and governance across environments.
