This elite individual contributor role leverages modern AI platforms like OpenAI and Anthropic to accelerate delivery speed, quality, and operational effectiveness while ensuring security, compliance, and reliability across systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or SRE in large-scale environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled development and observability in regulated financial contexts.
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and model orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate monitoring and observability solutions for distributed systems and AI-enabled platforms.
• Leverage OpenAI and Anthropic to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
• Own end-to-end AI/observability solutions with focus on security, reliability, and performance.
