Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with proficiency in C++.
• Designing and building UI systems, frameworks, or tools in a game engine or large-scale environment.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Contributed to large-scale migrations, modernization efforts, or architecture changes.
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple teams, including distributed teams in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Initially develop user interface framework technology and, over time, contribute to scalable systems and tools across Frostbite.
• You and your team will contribute to large-scale technical migrations and modernization efforts across Frostbite.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and techniques across design, implementation, testing, and debugging to improve the quality and speed of our delivery.
• Partner with our game teams to turn their requirements into engine and workflow improvements.
• Take ownership of technical challenges from design through delivery as our priorities evolve.
• You will communicate progress against technical commitments, sharing insights across our engineering organization.
