Job summary

OEC in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute AI-enabled supply chain forecasting and demand planning capabilities. You will own end-to-end product strategy from opportunity discovery through launch, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Customer teams to deliver measurable productivity and revenue improvements.

The role requires 6+ years of PM leadership, deep AI/ML experience, and strong domain knowledge of automotive supply chain.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management with full lifecycle ownership.
• 3+ years leading AI/ML-powered or data-driven product initiatives.
• Experience defining and tracking product KPIs and experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity through launch and iteration.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases balancing feasibility and value.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements with stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and designs for experiments to measure impact.
• Collaborate with OEM teams and Success teams to maximize ROI and adoption.
• Align go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning for Supply Chain capabilities.
• Develop performance reporting for OEM customers and leadership.
