Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Analytics to transform complex data into actionable insights and AI-powered analytics across our supply chain. You will design AI-enabled data products, build self-service dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics across a multi-platform environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or related degree with strong analytics foundation.
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics or analyst roles (or 1+ year with Master’s).

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets with SQL and Python to deliver AI-enabled insights.
• Develop automated Power BI dashboards for actionable planning.
• Design semantic data models to standardize business logic across platforms.
• Leverage AI/ML and GenAI platforms to enable self-service analytics.
• Build AI agents and conversational analytics for supply chain data.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data observability and data quality.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end analytics projects.
• Drive transition from traditional BI to AI-enabled data products.
