Job summary

NISC seeks a Service Product Requirements Analyst to translate business requirements into technical specifications for iVUE/IVC software. You will collaborate with developers, engineers, QA, and product management to shape requirements throughout the lifecycle.

You will facilitate stakeholder interviews, document analysis, and use-case development, while championing best practices and mentoring teammates as needed. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted tools (Claude) for requirements work.
• Excellent research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, research, and validate medium to high complexity product requirements with cross-functional project teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Partner with product management to create project use cases and user stories.
• Partner with UX Designer to conduct stakeholder interviews and document analysis.
