Job summary

Apple's App Store Product Design Team seeks a Full Stack Designer to lead end-to-end product design for customer experiences across Apple platforms. You’ll focus on research through prototyping, with an emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and close partnership with engineering to support implementation. Location: Culver City, CA onsite.

Salary: USD 175,000 - 308,500 per year. You’ll bring 8+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and a deep understanding of Apple design aesthetics to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience shipping on Apple platforms or comparable consumer-scale digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX, UI, and visual design across mobile, desktop, TV, and web.
• Deep command of visual and communication design principles, including typography, color, and layout.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Keynote, with comfort adopting new tools as landscape evolves.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools as part of the design workflow.
• Ability to use AI-assisted prototyping or development tools to produce functional artifacts.
• Experience designing iOS app experiences end-to-end, familiar with iOS patterns and constraints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of Apple design aesthetic and Human Interface Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Research, concept, ideate, design, and prototype new user experiences across Apple platforms.
• Apply clarity and craft to complex product challenges at global scale.
• Progress from concept to execution, coordinating with engineering handoff.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, generate design directions, and prototype.
• Reduce friction between design intent and implementation realities.
• Amplify thinking with AI tools, while ensuring deliberate craft when needed.
• Collaborate in a critique-driven environment with cross-functional partners.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to Engineering, Product Marketing, and Senior Management.
• Distill complex systems into clean, focused solutions.
• Maintain high standards for visual quality, consistency, and detail.
