Job summary
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Card Data within Consumer & Community Banking to drive product development and optimization. You will leverage user research and customer feedback to create innovative products and improve existing offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will contribute to a data-driven roadmap by collecting journey maps, market analyses, and product metrics while shaping the future direction of our card products across the development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and ML/LLM models
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities reflecting customer and market needs through user research
- Plans upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience
- Collects user research, journey maps, and market analysis to inform the roadmap and feature value
- Analyzes product metrics across development life cycle to measure work time, cost, and quality
- Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
