Job summary

Antero Resources in Denver, CO seeks a seasoned software engineer to design and deliver end-to-end full-stack applications on the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core) backed by SQL Server. You will lead architecture decisions, build responsive UIs with React/TypeScript or Blazor, and mentor a team while integrating AI-assisted coding tools and maturing the SDLC.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering, strong front-end and desktop tech experience, and a track record of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of professional software engineering delivering large applications.
Experience maturing SDLC and managing external consultancies.
Senior-level command of .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, React/TypeScript, Blazor, SQL Server, and desktop tech.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver full-stack apps on the .NET platform spanning web, desktop, APIs, and data layers.
Create responsive UIs with React/TypeScript or Blazor; ensure SQL Server integration.
Own architecture decisions from discovery to release, balancing performance and security.
Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily delivery and establish coding standards.
Evaluate AI tooling and inform the organization’s AI roadmap.
Stand up and mature the SDLC with CI/CD, testing, and release processes.
Define engineering standards and reference architectures for the team.
Act as hands-on technical lead; review PRs, coordinate releases, mentor staff.
