Job summary

PolicyMe Corp. is seeking an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer to join a remote-first, Canada-origin company expanding into the US market.

You will design and implement intelligent systems that automate processes, unlock data-driven insights, and push the boundaries of AI across the stack. You’ll drive end-to-end AI projects, work across front end, back end, and AI/ML initiatives, and collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align technical direction with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fullstack web development and production AI/ML systems.
• Strong desktop cloud and distributed systems experience.
• Ability to architect and lead end-to-end AI projects with security in mind.
• Excellent technical communication and teamwork across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of full stack features for an AI-powered web app using Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Define technical vision and architecture principles for AI/ML systems.
• Research and prototype cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation.
• Ensure security, scalability, and observability across cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to communicate designs and strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering standards across teams.
• Navigate ambiguous, system-spanning challenges with cross-functional teams.
