The RMR Group seeks a Senior Software Developer to design, develop and maintain modern, scalable applications in Orlando, FL, with four days on-site per week. The role emphasizes AI-augmented engineering and end-to-end development across full-stack technologies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, Python, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Blazor. Azure, SQL Server, and DevOps tooling are key components of the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, Python.
• Frontend: React or Blazor, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.
• SQL Server and Azure cloud services.
• Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.
• AI coding assistants and prompt engineering for code generation and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain full-stack applications following Clean Architecture and modern engineering practices (TDD, SOLID).
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding and automate documentation.
• Contribute to secure, scalable cloud-native designs on Azure.
• Work within Agile teams translating requirements into high-performance features.
• Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI within business workflows.
