Circleback is hiring a senior IC who can own ambiguous problems, define the product direction, and carry initiatives from concept to production across web, desktop, and mobile stacks. You will shape architecture, ship end-to-end features, and raise the bar through mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software with real outcomes.
• Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions beyond implementation.
• Consider systems, leverage, and long-term engineering quality.

Responsibilities

• Build across web, desktop, and mobile stacks (React, Next.js, Prisma, SWR, Electron, Swift, React Native).
• Set technical direction and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering bar through code reviews and shared tooling.
• Experiment with AI models and decide what to build next.
