Qualifications
- 5+ years of software or engineering experience.
- Experience with finance systems and automation/AI tools.
- Strong product sense and focus on business impact, not just code.
- Ability to map technical specs from high-level direction and define clear roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Embed deeply with the global Finance teams to identify high-impact use cases.
- Define and own the end-to-end AI transformation roadmap for Finance.
- Own technical delivery from prototype to production.
- Codify working patterns into reusable building blocks for teams.
- Lead change management and upskilling to drive tool adoption.
- Track, measure and communicate outcomes with accountability.
