Job summary

University of California, Berkeley is seeking an Enterprise Architect for AI-Integrated Collaboration Services. You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, Box, Microsoft 365) with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities, security, and compliance across campus.

You will drive architecture strategy, governance, and service roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable collaboration services

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of SaaS, identity management, APIs, AI for collaboration, and integrations.
• Knowledge of selecting, implementing, and maintaining software across an organization.
• Ability to translate business needs into documented architecture solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs, redesigns, and integrates SaaS platforms for security, usability, and functionality.
• Leads large-scale SaaS deployments and builds campus integrations.
• Defines architecture, security controls, and recovery requirements for enterprise SaaS and AI-enabled services.
• Maintains knowledge of emerging SaaS and AI trends and engages in professional development.
