You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where intelligent capabilities improve product discovery, decision-making, engagement, and self-service experiences. You will define the backlog, prioritize work, and ensure measurable outcomes while aligning with privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience defining product requirements, features, user stories, and managing product backlogs in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable requirements for UX, engineering, and data teams.
• Experience working with AI capabilities, LLMs, conversational experiences, recommendations, and generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog for AI-powered customer experience initiatives at Cat.com.
• Collaborate with product management, UX, engineering, analytics, and stakeholders to improve engagement and discovery.
• Gather and document business requirements, features, user stories, and success metrics for digital experiences.
• Lead experimentation and measure AI-powered experiences against business objectives and user feedback.
