Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years in digital publishing or related field.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in fast-paced env.
• Excellent writing with samples.
• Fluency in digital formats including data viz.
• Experience with data viz tools and CMS.
• Familiarity with AI platforms for content development.
• Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence seniors.
• Curiosity about business concepts and world markets.
• Proactive adoption of new digital tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and curate content across formats (long/short form, data visuals, infographics, interactive features).
• Balance text and visual data to engage time-starved executives.
• Partner with Bain's leaders from idea to publication, sharpening insights.
• Post content on Bain.com and other channels; document publishing processes.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate production while preserving human voice.
