Competenze

• 3-5+ years of software development experience in production systems or large-scale services.
• Proficiency in C++, Java, Go, Rust with strong CS foundations.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems design, scalability and fault tolerance.
• Experience with cloud-native tech: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, testing.
• Experience building observability solutions with metrics, tracing, logging.
