Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional BI/analytics engineering experience.
• 3+ years hands-on Power BI semantic-model development and maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency with DAX, Power Query M, relationships and model design.
• Hands-on with code-based Microsoft Tabular model development (TMDL, Model.bim).
• Strong SQL and dimensional modeling experience.
• Experience with cloud DW platforms (Snowflake / Azure Synapse / Databricks).
• Experience using Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools.

Aufgaben

• Own design, maintenance, performance, and evolution of enterprise Power BI semantic models.
• Develop and maintain models using DAX, Tabular Editor, and Git-based source control.
• Design/security: implement RLS, workspace permissions, and model security.
• Ensure alignment between semantic models and upstream warehouse structures.
• Provide guidance and documentation for report developers and business users.
• Collaborate with data engineers on integration and data quality.
