Job summary

BMW Group in the automotive domain is seeking a Senior Automotive Security Engineer (f/m/x) to build, operate, and evolve HPC and GPU cluster environments that enable state-of-the-art AI applications. You review AI-generated findings from analyses of embedded systems and E/E architectures, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and security impact.

You will advise development and security teams, deriving actionable recommendations to improve AI models, prompts, and remediation processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in embedded software development or embedded systems architecture.
• Strong knowledge of automotive E/E architectures and systems.
• Hands-on experience in source code auditing or security-focused code analysis.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for source code analysis.
• Proven ability to assess security-critical software functions and architectures.
• Business-fluent English; German language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and evolve HPC and GPU clusters for AI applications.
• Review and validate AI-generated findings from analyses of embedded systems and vehicle E/E architectures.
• Assess findings for plausibility, severity, and security-related impact.
