Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Application Designer and Developer to shape UI across mobile, web, and tablet platforms and to build services that integrate with backend components. You’ll gather requirements, design interfaces, and write clean code aligned with business goals.

You’ll join a hybrid, client‑facing environment, applying AI, cloud, and distributed systems to deliver scalable platforms while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Temporal.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and building Agents.
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms using Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like: D3, Highcharts, Ploty.js, Ember Charts.
• Experience using Commercial Dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) / unit testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring final product meets needs.
• Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, engaging directly with stakeholders.
