Job summary

Parasail in San Mateo, CA is seeking an experienced developer-facing content leader. You will write technical content, create developer documentation, and publish performance benchmarks to demonstrate Parasail’s capabilities.

You’ll grow the developer community and feed insights back to engineering, product, and GTM. You’ll collaborate with the CEO’s platform and represent Parasail at industry events, conferences, and online forums, building trust and establishing Parasail as a thought leader in

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined software engineering, DevRel, and technical content experience.
• Strong technical fluency in inference, model serving, or adjacent infrastructure.
• Prior experience launching or growing a developer community.
• You've built AI workflows into your craft and it shows up in what you ship.
• Comfort working in ambiguity; you'd rather walk in with a thesis and adjust than wait for direction.

Responsibilities

• Own developer-facing education and build developer trust through documentation and tutorials.
• Grow Parasail's developer community across Discord, office hours, and external communities; synthesize feedback.
• Increase developer brand awareness by representing Parasail at hackathons, conferences, and meetups.
