Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks an experienced AI Developer to advance our AI-driven knowledge discovery, question-answering and information retrieval capabilities. You will work with LLMs, ontologies and semantic graphs to enable scalable solutions and improved search across our software portfolio.

The role emphasizes designing and implementing NLP pipelines, researching new representation techniques, and documenting APIs and architectures for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/Data Science/AI or related field.
• 6-10+ years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC).
• 3-5 years of AI development with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, BERT, GPT-3/4) and NLP techniques.
• Strong background in knowledge representation and semantic technologies (ontologies, RDF, OWL, SPARQL).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven solutions using LLMs, ontologies and semantic knowledge graphs.
• Implement and optimize NLP models, processing pipelines for scalable performance.
• Research and apply advancements in knowledge representation and semantic search.
