Job summary

Siemens seeks a Principal Solution Architect - Graph to drive enterprise AI and knowledge graph initiatives for large-scale customers. You will translate business goals into scalable, secure graph architectures and guide complex programs from discovery to production deployment.

The role combines expertise in graph databases, knowledge graphs, and enterprise integration with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise software, solution architecture, or digital transformation leadership.
• 5+ years designing and implementing graph database solutions and enterprise knowledge graphs.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with graph data modeling, ontology design, semantic architectures, and relationship analytics.
• Experience with graph technologies used in Fortune 1000 environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic customer programs from discovery through production deployment.
• Serve as the primary technical leader across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements.
• Drive alignment across customer stakeholders, implementation partners, product teams, and engineering organizations.
• Design scalable enterprise architectures leveraging Intelligence Center X, AI Studio, Mendix, Graph, and cloud-native technologies.
• Architect enterprise knowledge graph solutions that connect processes, systems, data, and knowledge assets.
• Lead governance, security, and operational excellence across engagements.
