Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a technical content professional to craft threads, demos, and video content for AI/ML audiences. You will translate research and product work into compelling launch content and build an active voice on X.

You will lead launches across social media, blogs, and video, engaging researchers and developers. Hybrid role based in Redwood City, four days in-office with visa sponsorship available.

About the Role

Join an AI/ML team working on data curation and model training to make research and product advances engaging for technical audiences. You will combine technical understanding with hands-on media and community work, helping researchers and developers learn about new ideas through clear writing, demos, and video.

What You'll Do

• Turn research and product work into technical threads, demos, videos, and launch content.
• Build and maintain an active, recognizable voice on X by joining conversations and engaging with the technical community.

• Lead research launches across social media, technical blog content, and video, from planning through follow-up.
• Build relationships with researchers, open-source developers, AI creators, and technical founders.
• Share community feedback with product and research teams, and run experiments to improve content strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Two to seven years of experience in technical content, developer marketing, or developer relations in AI/ML.
• Strong technical depth in computer science or machine learning, demonstrated through a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating social content about technical concepts, including short-form writing such as threads, posts, or blog articles.
• Experience building technical demos using code, notebooks, or video, with familiarity with Python and video production.
• An active X account with at least 1,000 followers and an audience interested in technical topics.
• Comfort using social media analytics and content strategy to assess engagement and improve results.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $160,000 to $230,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid role based in Redwood City, California, with four days per week in the office.
