Persistent Systems is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and optimize document ingestion, extraction, validation, and comparison workflows to modernize Middle Office authorization processes. This hands-on role focuses on delivery of AI models, confidence scoring, exception handling, and system integrations.

Hands-on experience with document AI/IDP workflows for extraction and validation.
Experience with confidence scoring and validation logic.
Familiarity with workflow platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Build document ingestion and classification pipelines for authorization documents.
Implement template-based extraction for structured forms.
Develop AI/LLM-based extraction for unstructured documents.
Generate field-level and record-level confidence scores.
Perform post-load verification between contacts and source documents.
