Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in engineering roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, ML Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar production-oriented languages.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, including training and deploying models.
• Direct experience with Generative AI and applying them to real-world problems.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows and technical requirements.
• Architect and deploy custom solutions leveraging GenAI and ML models.
• Lead full project lifecycles, including development and deployment.
• Integrate and optimize AI/ML pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack.
• Produce high-quality documentation for customer teams.
