Guidehouse seeks an experienced Associate Director to join its AI and Data practice, focusing on commercial energy providers. This hands-on leader will drive business growth through proactive sales efforts and shape AI and data-driven transformations for clients.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, engage with client executives, and deliver end-to-end solutions from strategy to implementation while expanding relationships to generate new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a STEM field.
• Seven+ years in AI, data strategy, and analytics consulting with revenue-growth experience.
• Five+ years leading data-driven transformations in utilities/energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by identifying client needs, shaping proposals, and expanding strategic partnerships.
• Lead client engagements end-to-end from strategy through implementation.
• Mentor and lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams and contribute to recruiting.
