We are seeking a Senior AI Data Specialist – Women's Health to join our science team remotely for 6-9 months, with potential for full-time based on performance. Your focus will be on curating high-quality training data and developing evaluation frameworks for our AI models in women's health.

Responsibilities

• Identify authoritative sources to inform women's health questions
• Build evaluation datasets with questions and answers, and develop metrics for model performance
• Curate and quality control women's health training data from literature and research
• Validate labeled data in datasets
• Provide expert feedback on AI-generated health responses
• Identify thematic areas within data to enhance model understanding
• Collaborate with science, product, and engineering teams

Minimum Requirements

• PhD or MD in women's health or reproductive health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for applying AI to health

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical, clinical, or patient care experience
• Experience with data curation or machine learning evaluation

Compensation

Based on location, ranges are approximately:

• Region 1: $162,000-$203,000
• Region 2: $150,000-$187,000
• Region 3: $139,000-$174,000
