Job summary

Experis is seeking an AI-Data Scientist - Expert to drive cross-functional data and analytics initiatives onsite in Southlake, TX.

You will own the analytics stack from data ingestion to dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to translate questions into scalable data products and communicating findings to executives. Proficiency with Alteryx, GCP/BigQuery, Tableau, and Power BI is required; there is potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI roles.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server workflows.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, including performance optimization and data modeling.
• Extensive experience developing reporting solutions in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and BigQuery optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Convert raw internal data into trusted datasets, deliverable insights, and executive-level dashboards.
• Own the end-to-end analytics stack, including data ingestion, modeling, pipeline engineering, and dashboard delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify questions, translate them into scalable data products, and communicate findings effectively.
• Lead data migration efforts from Alteryx to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Design and implement dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to support operational and strategic decision-making.
