Thecorporate is seeking an Expert Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise data, analytics, and AI programs from Oakland HQ. This hybrid role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, guiding cross-functional teams 2–3 days per week based on business needs.

You will drive governance, reporting, and risk management across high-impact AI initiatives, ensuring value realization and alignment with corporate strategy while managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• 8+ years in technology programs and project management.
• Experience leading AI projects and SAFe Lean Portfolio Management.

Responsabilités

• Serve as intake and orchestration lead for AI initiatives aligned to strategy.
• Provide governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting for AI programs.
• Collaborate with business, technology and data teams to enable transformation.
• Manage program budgets and ensure projects stay within allocated funds.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans proactively.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication across departments.
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, changes, and issues.
• Track milestones and ensure objectives are met with desired outcomes.
• Ensure teams have necessary resources for timely execution.
• Maintain project documentation and governance for audit readiness.
