Job summary

Recruits Lab in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for AI & Data Products to define the strategy, own the roadmap, and partner with engineering and data science to build scalable AI-enabled platforms that transform complex data into actionable insights.

You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives, translate models into user-friendly products, and drive outcomes while ensuring responsible AI that supports healthcare, life sciences, and public health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product-focused role or equivalent.
• Experience in AI, ML, or data-intensive systems.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineers and data scientists.
• Ability to translate complex data and models into user-friendly products.
• Excellent product judgment with outcomes-focused thinking.
• Clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, public health, or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for AI and data products.
• Lead 0-to-1 and early-stage initiatives with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to deploy ML/AI features.
• Conduct product discovery with customers and stakeholders.
• Design AI products that are interpretable, trusted, and actionable.
• Own end-to-end execution: framing, metrics, launch, iteration, scaling.
• Establish best practices for building AI-powered products.
