Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Fayetteville, AR-based Walmart Customer Team is seeking a user-facing data engineer to drive fast, data-driven software and data infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders through all stages of the application lifecycle and shape our DevOps roadmap.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining software and data infrastructures, advancing CI/CD and DevOps practices, and contributing to internal tools and standards to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and maintain code (Python and SQL).
• Understanding of P&G Data & Analytics architecture (Azure, Databricks, Power BI Workspaces, Copilot Studio).
• Understanding of DevOps best practices (version control, CI/CD).
• Data engineering experience working with large datasets.
• Enthusiasm for working directly with end-users and for getting the most out of AI tools.
• Experience deploying solutions through AI Factory, Pygentic, PowerApps.
• Experience operating in a higher performing Agile team.
• Application ownership experience.
