Job summary

Artifintech in Austin, TX, is seeking a senior data engineering leader to design and build AI-powered data platforms. You will leverage Snowflake Cortex AI, CoCO, and related technologies to deliver scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, RAG, vector search, and enterprise AI solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead architecture reviews, PoCs, and deployments, and mentor teams while setting standards for security, governance, and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platforms.
• Expert in Snowflake architecture, security, governance, and performance.
• Hands-on with Cortex AI, CoCO, CoCO Desktop, Snowpark, AI/ML integration patterns.
• Experience building LLM, RAG, vector search, and agentic AI.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong customer-facing communication and solution-architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered data solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI, CoCO, and CoCO Desktop.
• Develop and deploy RAG, agentic workflows, semantic layers, and enterprise AI applications.
• Architect scalable data platforms leveraging Snowflake, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, dbt, and cloud-native services.
• Build robust ELT/ETL pipelines and real-time integrations.
• Lead workshops, architecture reviews, PoCs, and production deployments.
• Develop reusable accelerators and best practices.
