Oracle is seeking a highly experienced AI Data Engineer in Reston, Virginia, to design and optimize cloud-based data pipelines that support enterprise-scale initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of data engineering experience and technical expertise in Oracle systems.

This role requires knowledge of ETL pipeline design, and a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams. Comprehensive benefits are offered, including a salary range of $97,500 – $209,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize cloud-based data pipelines.
• Work in an Intelligence Community customer space.
• Solve complex data engineering challenges.

Skills

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with poly

10+ years of experience in data engineering

Experience with managing geospatial intelligence data

Proficiency in shell scripting, Python

Strong knowledge of ETL pipeline design

Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong experience with Oracle Databases

Ability to work with cross‑functional teams

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
