The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in AI/HPC infrastructure, deep knowledge of GPU architectures, and experience with DCIM/BAS integration and digital twin modeling.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5–7 years of professional AI/HPC infrastructure and data center experience.
• Experience deploying AI/LLM workloads on GPU-based infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of AI hardware architectures and data center mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage AI/HPC compute clusters for LLM training/inference and HPC simulations.
• Collaborate with thermal and controls teams to validate performance of cooling systems under AI workloads.
• Develop digital twin simulations combining IT telemetry with mechanical/electrical data.
• Leverage DCIM/BAS platforms for predictive analytics and optimization.
• Prepare technical reports and white papers on AI data center performance benchmarks.
