Ladders is seeking a Senior AI Compute Engineer - NVIS to join a leader in Telecommunications & Hardware. The role focuses on deploying and validating large-scale AI compute and HPC infrastructure in Linux environments, with customer-facing planning and delivery.

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to support successful delivery, requiring strong hands-on systems expertise and exceptional communication. Remote US-based, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in support and deployment services for hardware and software products.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and advanced networking.
• Experience with cluster management and provisioning technologies for bare-metal servers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Ansible, and similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer issue resolution.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Senior AI Compute Engineer - NVIS to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role focuses on deploying and validating large-scale AI compute and HPC infrastructure in Linux environments. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert for customer planning and implementation discussions, while also collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support successful delivery. The position requires strong hands-on systems expertise, customer-facing communication, and the ability to help shape reliable, scalable infrastructure deployments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,000 – $287,500 annually
