Zusammenfassung

G2i is seeking a Senior AI Interaction Evaluator to assess how AI coding agents interact with real-world coding scenarios. You will judge usefulness, correctness at a high level, and engineering judgment, focusing on the quality of explanations and the guidance provided to users.

The role requires senior-level engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python and hands-on use of Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor. This is a contract engagement with flexible hours and start ASAP.

Qualifikationen

• Staff / Principal-level engineer (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience using OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.
• Able to evaluate code without needing to fully execute or deeply review every line.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on what worked, what didn’t, and what felt off.
• Help define what great looks like when interacting with tools like Cursor.
• Distinguish between different levels of response quality and guide improvements.
