Qualifications

• Staff or principal-level engineer experience required.
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code) and AI-first IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on usefulness, correctness, and engineering judgment.
• Distinguish between varying quality levels in model responses and explain rationale.
