Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior AI Coach to guide clients in accelerating AI adoption and transforming ideas into measurable business outcomes. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, coach delivery teams, and shape AI strategy and governance.

Lead AI roadmaps, translate complex concepts into business value, and drive adoption at scale across enterprises. This role emphasizes coaching, facilitation, and governance to realize ROI from AI investments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, consulting, or product delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, or Intelligent Automation.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and influencing senior executives.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution.

We at Coforge are hiring a Senior AI Coach with the following skillset:

• Seeking a Senior AI Coach to help clients accelerate AI adoption and transform ideas into measurable business outcomes. Similar to an Agile Coach, this role focuses on guiding teams, leaders, and organizations on where AI can create value, how it should be implemented, and how adoption can be scaled across the enterprise.
• Working closely with MOD Squads, Product Teams, Engineering Leaders, Architects, and Business Stakeholders, you will help identify AI opportunities, coach delivery teams, and influence leadership on AI strategy, governance, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI adoption.
• Facilitate AI workshops, use-case discovery, and innovation sessions.
• Help teams move from experimentation to production-scale AI solutions.
